Bonzo | Client Agreement

1. Purpose of Agreement

This agreement outlines the professional relationship between **Bonzo Agency** (the "Agency") and you (the "Client"). By proceeding, you authorize the Agency to utilize provided assets, branding, and content for the sole purpose of executing your digital project.

2. Data Security & Confidentiality

We prioritize the security of your business information. The Agency commits to:

Securing all raw project files, architectural data, and credentials using encrypted storage.
Never sharing internal project documentation or sensitive business strategies with third parties.
Restricting internal access to your data only to the specific designers and developers assigned to your project.

3. Content Usage Rights

The Client confirms they own or have explicit permission to use all text, images, and media provided to the Agency. The Client grants the Agency a temporary, non-exclusive license to modify and implement these assets within the project scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client will hold full ownership of the final digital deliverables (websites, 3D models, or digital brochures). The Agency retains the right to use high-level visuals (screenshots/videos) of the finished work for its professional portfolio unless otherwise restricted in writing.

5. Access & Credentials

For projects requiring hosting, domain management, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) configuration, the Client may need to provide temporary access credentials. These will be handled with the highest level of security and discarded upon project completion or at the Client's request.

6. General Terms

Project timelines and revision cycles are dependent on the timely provision of Client feedback. The Agency is not liable for delays caused by third-party hosting providers or external software dependencies.
